Caroline McMichen

Caroline McMichen has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent role as a Strategic Advisor at SAI360 since July 2020. Caroline also operates their own consulting company, McMichen Consulting LLC, where they serve as the Principal since May 2020.

Prior to their current positions, McMichen had a long career at Molson Coors, where they held various roles. Caroline was the Vice President of Global Ethics and Compliance, from 2012 to 2020, and the Global Director of Ethics and Business Conduct, from 2005 to 2012. Caroline initially joined Molson Coors as the Group Manager of Audit Services in 1997, a position they held until 2005.

Before joining Molson Coors, McMichen worked at KeyBank as an Audit Manager from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they worked at SunTrust from 1987 to 1995, starting as a Staff Auditor and eventually becoming an Audit Manager.

Caroline McMichen completed their undergraduate education from 1982 to 1986 at the UCF College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting. Following this, they furthered their education by attending the Center for Business Ethics at Bentley College, completing an Executive Development Course in Managing Ethics in Organizations. In 1992, they pursued a graduate program at The School for Bank Administration, University of Wisconsin, Madison, specializing in Audit Management.

In addition to their formal education, Caroline McMichen obtained certifications in their field. Caroline achieved the designation of Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional through the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). Caroline also received certification as a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
