Daniel Bertram began their work experience in 2002 at ShvGas, where they served as a Support Analyst until 2006. In 2006, they joined Modulo as a GRC Specialist, focusing on Risk Management, Web Server Administration, SQL Practices, and ITIL. In 2017, they joined SAI360 as a Risk & Compliance Management support specialist, where they managed customer ticket queues and interacted with product and development teams. Daniel utilized Agile methods and led technical initiatives to improve customer support and software deliverables.
Daniel Bertram completed their MBA in Project Management at Fundação Cefet from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Universidade Helena Antipoff from 1998 to 2002, majoring in IT.
