Elyse Gac

Elyse Gac, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Elyse started their career in 2007 as a Manager at Armand's Restaurant, where they were responsible for assembling and training a team, overseeing operations, and managing employee schedules. In 2012, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at California State University, Fullerton, assisting faculty members with various tasks, including clerical work, proofreading, and event planning. From 2012 to 2016, Elyse joined Performics, initially as a Learning and Development Coordinator, responsible for designing and implementing employee learning curriculum and coordinating training. Elyse then became a Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing onboarding processes and piloting a trainee program. Elyse later took on the role of a Human Resources Associate, where they managed onboarding, HR systems, and acted as a point of contact for generalist functions. In 2016, they moved to Maven Wave Partners as an HR Generalist, where they handled full lifecycle recruiting, talent development, payroll, benefits administration, and annual performance reviews. Most recently, Elyse has been working as an HR Project Manager at SAI360 since 2018.

Elyse Gac, PHR, has an extensive education history in the field of Human Resources. In 2016, they completed the Professional in Human Resources Certification Program at DePaul University as part of their continuing education. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Reading Education from California State University, Fullerton, from 2011 to 2013. Elyse earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2003 and 2007. Additionally, in June 2016, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
