Susan Ward

Susan Ward currently serves on the Board of Directors for Saia Inc., Ecovyst Corporation, and Amex Global Business Travel, where they also chair the Audit Committee for all three organizations. As the former Chief Accounting Officer at UPS, they directed global accounting activities and ensured accountability for financial reporting and SEC filings over a career spanning twenty-seven years. A graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, Susan began their career at Ernst & Young before joining UPS, where they held several leadership roles. Additionally, they remain active in their community, serving on the Board of Trustees for both the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta and the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
