John August is a partner at Saiber LLC in Florham Park, New Jersey, specializing in bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, with a focus on asset recovery and judgment collection. They have extensive experience as a litigator in both state and federal courts, handling matters from commercial foreclosures to complex bankruptcy cases. John has served as Vice Chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar and is a member of the Bankruptcy Inn of Court, frequently speaking and publishing on related topics.
