Michael Moskowitz

Michael Moskowitz is the Partner and Chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP, where they specialize in complex litigation, insolvency, and bankruptcy law. With over 40 years of experience, Michael has been recognized as an AV-rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell for more than 25 years and has been a Super Lawyer from 2014 to 2024. Prior to joining Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP in 2023, they co-founded and led Weltman & Moskowitz, LLP, which represented clients in bankruptcy matters across New York and New Jersey. Michael also contributes to the Nassau County Bar Association's Bankruptcy Committee and has served as Of Counsel at Saiber LLC and Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. Michael holds a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
