Brandon Carter

Brandon Carter is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and military intelligence. Currently serving as a Field Engineer Principal at SAIC since July 2022, Brandon has previously held roles such as Engineering Technician VI at ABSI Aerospace & Defense and Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert at OWT Global, LLC. Notably, Brandon has served as a SIGINT Analyst for BAE Systems in Afghanistan, and as a Military Intelligence Detachment Sergeant and Senior SIGINT Adviser for the 7th Special Forces Group. Educationally, Brandon holds a BA in Management and Human Resources, as well as a degree in Human Resources Management from American Military University.
