Albert Smith

Al Smith is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in policy development, operations management, and change management, honed during their time in the U.S. Air Force. They have led large, diverse teams in high-stakes environments, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and fostering strategic partnerships across global settings, including Europe and South-West Asia. Currently, Al serves as a Program Analyst Principal at SAIC while pursuing a Master’s degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air Command and Staff College, as well as an MBA from Touro University. Previously, Al held various leadership roles in the Air Force, where they significantly enhanced aircraft maintenance processes and improved operational efficiency.
