Ally Field is a passionate and adaptable leader with diverse experience in aviation safety, workforce strategy, and fitness. With over 1800 rotorcraft flight hours as a United States Coast Guard search and rescue helicopter pilot, Ally served as Personnel Support Department Head and Program Manager during tenure at the U.S. Coast Guard. Currently, Ally is a Senior Principal Policy Analyst at SAIC, contributing to the Department of Defense's Chief Talent Management Office by shaping innovative workforce strategies. Ally holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
