Andy Est

Andy Est possesses extensive experience in program management and engineering within notable defense and aerospace organizations. Significant roles include serving as Program Manager for a major system acquisition exceeding $10 billion at the US Navy and National Reconnaissance Office, where leadership extended over 1500 personnel. Additional positions include Chief of Vehicle Engineering, overseeing multi-vehicle acquisitions, and Launch Strategist at SAIC, focused on next-generation launch capabilities for satellite customers. Andy Est holds an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from Indiana University, and completed the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School.
