Barry Smith

Barry Smith is a seasoned Sr. Construction Procurement Manager currently overseeing a professional procurement team at Jacobs, where they manage large contracts for a $2.5 billion nuclear facility project. Previously, they served as AE/CM Procurement Manager for Jacobs Engineering, where they directed subcontract administration for the Spallation Neutron Source Project. Smith's extensive experience includes key roles at Carrier Corporation, where they managed production and engineering labs, and at SAIC, where they played a pivotal role in contract management and negotiation.
