Brian Dougherty is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering, navigation systems, and military operations. Beginning as a Cadet at ROTC Det 750 (1998-2002), Brian's career includes significant roles such as Sr. Lead Engineer for MGUE Modernization at Booz Allen Hamilton (2015-2020) and various positions within the United States Air Force, where leadership included re-developing training courses and managing substantial budgets for construction projects. Additional experience includes serving as an MS&O Reservist at the National Reconnaissance Office (2020-2022) and currently a GPS Systems Engineer at SAIC. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Space Operations Management from Webster University.
