Chris Bowen

Chris Bowen is a Senior Strategy Consultant (SETA) at the United States Department of Defense, where they provide expertise in operations management and S&T strategy and policy support. A former military officer, Chris has led teams and managed large operational programs, demonstrating a strong record in policy oversight and governance within DoD laboratories. They have held various roles throughout their career, including Company Commander in the U.S. Army and Senior Science and Technology Advisor for the Secretary of Defense's Close Combat Lethality Task Force. Chris holds an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
