Craig Hodge

Craig Hodge is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and air traffic control with extensive experience spanning several organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Senior Principal at SAIC since April 2016, Craig has held various roles, including Principal Recruiter and En Route Training Manager. Previous positions include working at Lockheed Martin as a TERPS and at Raytheon as a Team Leader II and En Route Training Supervisor. Craig's background in air traffic control includes significant contributions at the Federal Aviation Administration as a Certified Professional Controller and Controller in Charge. Additionally, Craig has substantial leadership experience from founding and leading TRCFI, Inc., a nonprofit organization, as well as serving as a Chief Warrant Officer and commercial helicopter pilot in the military and civilian sectors. Educational achievements include training at the FAA Academy and the US Army Flight School.
