Dave G. P. is a highly experienced system engineer currently serving as a Senior Principal System Engineer at SAIC since April 2024, focusing on NRO Mission Partner Liaison and fostering inter-agency communication within the SIGINT community. With a robust background at Sciolex Corporation from April 2011 to April 2024, Dave managed enterprise project requirements and engineering studies. Prior to that, Dave contributed as a Senior NetCentric and Space Systems Threat Intel Analyst at OSD/DOT&E, ensuring functionality of DoD systems, and held various roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, enhancing national capabilities and technology integration. Dave’s career began in the United States Air Force, where significant responsibilities included oversight of SIGINT technology developments and participation in wartime operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in Communications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
