David Lapine is a Senior OSINT Collector - GEOINT at SAIC, where they have been instrumental since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Geospatial/Imagery Analyst in the US Army from 1993 to 2013, and held various roles in project and operations management at BAE Systems and Mayvin® between 2019 and 2021. Their experience also includes leadership positions as a Shift Lead and Mission Coordinator at Radiance Technologies and as a DCGS-A Training Specialist Senior Lead at ManTech from 2013 to 2016. David is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Phoenix.
