David "Bo" Rice is an energetic command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance expert with nearly 25 years of experience leading large organizations and developing all-domain strategies. They served in the United States Air Force from 2017 to 2023, holding positions such as Vice Wing Commander and Chief of the Command and Control and Integrated Air and Missile Defense Division, while also completing a Master's degree in Strategic Studies at the USAF Air War College.
