Don Cloud is the Director of Indo-Pacific C5ISR at SAIC and the Executive Vice President at AFCEA-Hawaii. They specialize in supporting Indo-Pacific Command, the Air Force, and the DoD in addressing complex defense challenges through innovative solutions in C5ISR, data, artificial intelligence, and information technology. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Don served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, holding various command and operational roles, including as Vice Commander of the 67th Cyberspace Wing and serving on the White House National Security Council. Don holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Homeland Defense, and is a SECDEF Fellow in Strategy and Policy.
