Francisco R. has extensive experience in engineering and cybersecurity, beginning with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and Basic Officer Training from the Air Force Officer Training School. From October 2011 to November 2013, Francisco served in the United States Air Force as Lead Engineer for GPS III Launch Operations, where responsibilities included leading a 15-member team on a $4.6 billion satellite procurement project and managing launch integration risks. Following this role, Francisco worked as Project Engineer for Military GPS User Equipment, directing a multidisciplinary team and overseeing technical reviews. From November 2015 to February 2019, involvement as a Systems Engineer at Perspecta focused on control segment risk management for the GPS Enterprise. More recently, Francisco has been engaged in cybersecurity roles with Peraton and currently with SAIC, performing vulnerability assessments and supporting cybersecurity program management.
