Gary Stephens

Gary Stephens is a seasoned professional in program management, having served as Senior Director at SAIC in 2019. Prior to this role, they held various positions including Program Manager for Precision Fires Rocket and Missile Systems from 2011 to 2015 and Business Operations Executive in 2009-2010 at the Program Executive Office Simulations, Training, and Instrumentation. Gary also worked as the Department of the Army Systems Coordinator from 2003 to 2006 at the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Training. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Murray State University and completed multiple master's degrees, including one in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College.
