Jenny Barry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, business relationship management, and communications. Currently semi-retired, Jenny holds the position of Director of Customer Experience Management at SAIC, overseeing governance for the VITA program since August 2018. Previously, Jenny served as Deputy Director of Business Relationship Management, leading a team focusing on supporting numerous Commonwealth of Virginia agency customers.
