Jill Schroeder

Jill Schroeder is currently the Vice President of Capture at SAIC, where they lead a team managing an $8 billion portfolio and provide full lifecycle business development support for various Air Force and DoD customers. Previously, Jill held positions in strategic capture management at Engility Corporation, director of business development at QinetiQ, and contracting officer roles in the U.S. Army and DISA DITCO. Their extensive experience in business development spans over two decades, including consulting for small businesses and directing operations with NASA and other defense agencies. Jill earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Indiana State University.
