John A. McCarthy

John A. McCarthy is a seasoned federal consultant with expertise in program management, strategic planning, and organizational re-engineering. They have held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as the U.S. Coast Guard Liaison in the National Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office and as a Senior Principal Analyst at Halfaker and Associates, LLC. McCarthy has also worked as a Director at George Mason University and as an Executive Manager at the Critical National Infrastructure Authority. They continue to contribute as a Senior Policy Analyst for the Department of Defense, focusing on technology protection and critical infrastructure assurance. McCarthy holds a BA in Psychology from The Citadel and an MS in Information Resource Management from Syracuse University.
