John Lynch, Ph.D., is currently the Exploitation Lead for SMC/RS SE&I at TASC, Inc., where they support remote sensing exploitation and data dissemination. They held various roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, including Director of Space & Intelligence Business Development from 2011 to 2015 and Fellow Engineer from 1996 to 2008. They also served as Manager of Intel & Net-Centric Programs during their tenure there. Prior to their current position, they were the Enterprise Architect Director at SAIC from 2021 to 2022. John earned a Doctorate in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University and holds a B.S. in Engineering & Mathematics from Chapman University, as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
