John Rackliffe

John Rackliffe is a Solutions Architect at SAIC, where they have worked since 2006. With forty-five years of experience serving the United States Department of Defense, Rackliffe has held various roles, including Program Manager and former President of Redhawk Consulting Associates LLC. They also contributed as a writer for "Pouring Down Like Rain" from 2013 to 2016, focusing on Christian devotionals. Rackliffe earned a Master’s degree in Management (Logistics) from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from Miami University. They retired as a Commander in the U.S. Navy, where they served as a Surface Warfare and Supply Officer.
