Jonathan Franco is an experienced engineer with a strong background in system reliability and testing. At Lockheed Martin from 2019 to 2021, Jonathan served as a Reliability System Engineer, significantly enhancing reporting processes by developing a Microsoft Access database for tracking failures. From 2021 to 2023, Jonathan worked at Raytheon Technologies as a System Integration and Test Engineer, where key contributions included completing successful Thermal Vacuum tests and supporting the design of Special Test Equipment (STE).
