Kim Rupert

Kim Rupert is currently the Sr. VP and Chief Risk Officer at SAIC, a position held since 2018. They previously held various roles in contracts, procurement, and pricing at SAIC from 1994 to 2007, and served as the SVP of Contracts, Procurement, and Pricing at QinetiQ North America for a brief period in 2007. Kim was also the President of the Board of Directors for the National Contract Management Association from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Kim has actively participated in the LLS National Capital Area as a member of the Executive Committee and past Corporate Walk Chair for the Light The Night Campaign. They earned their law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, concluding their education in 2019.
