Leon Halstead, CCE/A, PMP, possesses extensive experience in Program Management and Cost Estimation, particularly within the Federal Government sector. From April 2000 to July 2013, Leon served as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on various aspects such as project management, IT portfolio strategy, and business case development.
