Leslee M Fuller is a seasoned Technical Solutions Director with over 20 years of experience in IT operations service and process management. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at Point Loma Nazarene University, Leslee has successfully led teams and implemented ITIL best practices throughout their career, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency in various roles. At GSA Enterprise Operations, Leslee contributed significantly to the performance of a $549M contract while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Previously, as a Senior Business and ITIL Process Analyst at the Judicial Council of California, Leslee directed a migration project that streamlined service management processes.
