Lloyd Marshall

Lloyd Marshall is a seasoned financial management professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at SAIC since August 2019, Lloyd previously held the position of Senior Consultant at TASC, Inc. from November 2009 to August 2019, where advisory roles included working with the Chief Financial Officer for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on budget reorganization for the National Intelligence Program. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Booz Allen Hamilton, where leadership in managing financial management functions and staff mentorship was key, and over two decades of service in the U.S. Army, culminating as Comptroller and Colonel, responsible for managing a billion-dollar command budget. Lloyd is academically accomplished with degrees in Accounting and Public Administration, complemented by a master's in Strategic Studies from the Air War College.
