Maisel Klutts

Maisel Klutts has a robust background in program and engineering management, spanning over three decades in various technology sectors. They began their career at Nortel Networks, where they held multiple leadership roles from 1993 to 2008, overseeing significant software releases and product management initiatives. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2019, Maisel served as Director of Engineering & Planning at Williams RDM, Inc., successfully managing teams and launching multiple defense and residential products. Maisel continued to expand their expertise in engineering management at BAE Systems, Garrett Metal Detectors, and currently holds a position as Senior Program Manager at SAIC, focusing on the U.S. Coast Guard Polar Security Cutter's design and integration. They are also pursuing an MBA in Finance and two Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.
