Matthew Hansen

Matthew Hansen is currently the Modeling and Simulation Chief Engineer at SAIC, where they previously served as a Principal Modeling and Simulation Analyst. They have extensive experience in aerospace engineering, having interned at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 2015, where they developed a Matlab program to optimize spacecraft access intervals. Matthew's career also includes a role as a Senior Systems Engineer/Operations Analyst at Boeing from 2018 to 2021, leading analytical efforts for air-ground operations. They hold a Master's degree in Physics (Astrophysics) from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University.
