Michael Coniglio

Michael Coniglio is currently the Chief Solutions Architect at SAIC, bringing over 25 years of experience in advancing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, primarily in support of the Department of Defense. From 2010 to 2024, Michael served as a Government Project Lead at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where extensive collaboration with key agencies enhanced military operations. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a DoD Contractor for seven years, supporting vital initiatives for U.S. Special Operations Command and other defense entities. With four years of active duty as a Cryptologic Technician in the United States Navy, Michael has consistently contributed to national security efforts while enjoying boating and fishing in the Chesapeake Bay and Mid-Atlantic seaboard.
