Michael Lambert

Policy Analyst, Principal

Michael Lambert, D.Sc., has extensive experience in national security, defense strategy, and government communications. They served as Mission Commander at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and held various positions, including Director for Nuclear Treaty Program Implementation at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Currently, Lambert works as a Principal Policy Analyst at SAIC. They have also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at both the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Lambert holds degrees in Chemistry, Oceanography, and National Security Policy Studies, along with a Doctor of Science in Information Systems and Communications.
