Michael Rigney

Michael Rigney is the Senior Director of Business Development for the Army Navy Business Group at SAIC. They previously held key positions such as Assistant Product Manager for the Improved Turbine Engine Program and Product Lead for the Degraded Visual Environment System at PEO Aviation. Michael served as Defense Legislative Assistant to the Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and was a Congressional Fellow for the U.S. Army. They also commanded a UH-60 Assault/Utility Helicopter Company in the 3rd Infantry Division between 2008 and 2011. Michael earned a Master’s degree in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
