Michael Vance is a dedicated program and operations manager with extensive experience in the U.S. Army, culminating in a distinguished career that includes 17 years in special operations. They served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia and held various leadership positions within the Army, including the Ranger Special Troops Battalion Operations Sergeant Major. Currently, Michael is a Fellow with The Honor Foundation, focusing on professional development for members of the Special Operations community.
