Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has extensive experience in systems engineering and operations management, having worked for notable companies such as Lockheed Martin and Jacobs. At Lockheed Martin from 2003 to 2007, Mike supported a government MASINT program as a Systems Engineer. Between 2017 and 2019, at Jacobs, Mike served in various leadership roles, including Division Vice President and Operations Director, managing significant portfolios and overseeing numerous contracts for the U.S. Department of Defense and NASA. Additionally, Mike has facilitated ERP transformation initiatives and served as Deputy Operations Director, successfully managing operations with substantial revenue and personnel. Currently, Mike holds the position of Business Development Director at SAIC, leveraging a strong educational background with multiple degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences, as well as Engineering Physics from the University of Michigan.
