Mike Senchak

Systems Engineer Senior Principal

Mike Senchak is a seasoned aerospace engineer and project manager with extensive experience in the defense and space sectors. Beginning a career at General Dynamics Space Systems Division from 1988 to 1991 as an Aerospace Engineer, Mike contributed to the development of the Atlas Family of Rockets. Mike later held positions at QinetiQ North America from 2007 to 2012 and at Analex, focusing on independent verification and validation analyses for satellite launch systems. Subsequently, Mike served as the Systems Engineering Lead at Vantage Partners, LLC from 2012 to March 2020, overseeing engineering services for NASA Glenn Research Center. Currently, Mike is a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at SAIC, addressing complex modernization challenges in defense and intelligence. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
