Pat Riggs

Pat Riggs is an accomplished professional in systems engineering and space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a System Engineer at SAIC since January 2024 and as the Founder of Trantor LLC since September 2022, Pat Riggs is focused on enhancing the delivery of actionable space-based data. Prior roles include Director for ISR Programs at Orbital Effects, where engagement involved tactical employment of space-based ISR assets, and Systems Engineer at Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc., specializing in non-traditional ISR and low-cost military launch solutions. Pat Riggs’ extensive background also includes a significant tenure at TASC and a distinguished career as a TENCAP Officer in the US Army, complemented by education credentials featuring a Master of Arts from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College.
