Paul Scullion

Paul Scullion is a Solutions Architect at SAIC, where they thrive in a challenging and supportive work environment. With 35 years of experience in telecommunications, cybersecurity, and information technology, Paul served for over 20 years as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, excelling in various leadership roles. Following their military service, they led the Network Enterprise Center at the United States Military Academy for 15 years, effectively managing a diverse team and providing essential services to the West Point community. Paul holds a Master's degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing from Siena University.
