Paulette Phillips

Paulette Phillips is an experienced professional in IT program and project management, currently serving as the Executive Program Director for IT Managed Services at SAIC since November 2021, overseeing a multi-year $100M+ IT outsourcing contract. Prior to this role, Paulette worked as a Business Program Manager at LexisNexis Risk Solutions from October 2018 to October 2021 and held the position of Sr. Project Manager at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where successful implementation of a mobile-ready web application earned accolades from executive management. Paulette also contributed as a Program Manager at AT&T, managing IT systems development and enhancements across divisions and retail applications. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Mercer University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
