Phil Bozeman

Phil Bozeman is currently the Director of Security for the National Security and Space Sector at SAIC, where they manage industrial security professionals supporting the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. With 20 years of leadership experience as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, Phil has an extensive background in Space Control Operations, Security Management, and Program Protection. They have held various high-level positions, including Director of SIGINT Security at the National Reconnaissance Office, where they led teams to execute security programs across major satellite acquisitions. Phil's earlier roles included Deputy Chief of the Adjudications Branch at the NRO and Chief of Procedures for 2 CACS, showcasing a strong commitment to national security and effective team leadership. They earned their degree from the University of Oklahoma between 1986 and 1991.
