Philip Gordon has over 15 years of experience in software development and technology management, with a strong focus on release management and team leadership. At Science Applications International Corporation, Philip served as a Release Manager, managing TFS administration and overseeing the deployment of web applications and MS SQL databases. Prior experience at H&R Block included roles as Technology Manager, where Philip led teams of software developers and managed a $2M budget, as well as positions as Lead Software Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst. Currently, Philip holds the title of Principal Software Engineer/Release Manager at SAIC, where responsibilities include optimizing change and release management processes and administering Azure DevOps Server.
