Rich Goad

Rich Goad is a seasoned Research Scientist Senior Principal at SAIC, where they have been contributing since 2020. Previously, they held the position of Senior Continuity Specialist at Loch Harbour Group from 2019 to 2020 and served as a Senior Project Lead at PAE from 2012 to 2019. Rich's career began in the United States Air Force, where they worked in Command and Control from 1990 to 2010. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College.
