Rob Wilemon

Rob Wilemon has extensive experience in business development and management within the defense sector. Wilemon began a career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate from August 2003 to October 2005 and transitioned to SDS International, Inc. as a JICO Instructor from 2002 to 2003. At L-3 Communications, Wilemon served as Director of Ground C2 Systems and Senior JICO from October 2005 to July 2012. Subsequently, Wilemon joined Engility Corporation in January 2016 as New Business Manager, overseeing business development for Joint Range Extension and managing an annual revenue of $18 million with a sales team of eight. This role transitioned to SAIC, with Wilemon continuing as Joint and Navy Manager and JICO. Additionally, Wilemon held the position of Field Service Director at Engility Corp from July 2012 to December 2020, contributing to Navy business development efforts as well.
