Robert Levin serves as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Capital at SAIC while also fulfilling the role of General Counsel for the League of Senior Voters. Additionally, Levin has been a Temporary Judge for the San Diego Superior Court since 1990 and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at UC San Diego, Webster University, and the University of Redlands. Educated at Boston University with a BS in Management and holding a Master of Law in Labor Law from NYU, Levin continues to engage in academia and legal practice.
