Ryan Durand

Ryan Durand, PMP, is a seasoned leadership architect and Director of Organizational Development, specializing in creating systems that foster clarity, trust, and alignment in complex environments. They are currently a Peer Intervention Trainer with the Overwatch Project, facilitating training for service members and veterans in suicide prevention techniques. Previously, Ryan contributed to CVS Health as a Corporate Fellow, where they developed standard operating procedures and executive briefs on enterprise resiliency. With substantial experience in the United States Air Force and Space Force, Ryan has led initiatives in strategic operations, educational program development, and international partnerships, significantly enhancing organizational efficacy and readiness. Ryan holds an ongoing educational pursuit at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
