Ryan Kuchler

Ryan Kuchler is a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at SAIC, bringing a wealth of experience from over 22 years in various roles within the Department of Defense. They previously served as the Assistant Chief of Staff for C5I at the Board of Inspection and Survey, where they led a team in the assessment of combat systems readiness for Naval vessels. Ryan has held positions such as Principal System Engineer at Centauri and KBR, Inc., and has extensive military experience as a Combat Systems Officer aboard USS John C. Stennis and a Submarine Officer on USS Hartford. Academically, Ryan earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, along with a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution and the United States Naval Academy, respectively.
