Shawn S. is a transformative leader with extensive experience in program and contract management within the military and defense sectors. Previously serving in various high-ranking positions with the US Army, including Assistant Program Manager at USSOCOM and Program Manager at the Missile Defense Agency, Shawn successfully managed substantial budgets and spearheaded innovative contracting strategies, achieving significant cost savings and enhanced operational effectiveness. Currently, as the Senior Vice President of Training, Simulation & Digital Readiness at PD Systems, Shawn focuses on strategic growth and the implementation of modern training technologies. Shawn earned a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
