Stephen Barrow, SSCP, has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information operations, with a career that started in the US Navy from January 1996 to May 2016, culminating in the role of Chief Petty Officer. His expertise includes leading the Projects Department at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Nine and managing operations at the 24/7 Combating Terrorism Watch floor at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Stephen has also worked in various technical support roles, including Cyber Ops Center Support II and Tier I Technical Analyst for SAIC, where responsibilities included real-time security event monitoring and providing IT support to United States Army Reserve personnel. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and has pursued additional training in web development and IT certifications.
